SAY SO About

Fear and Peace

2 Timothy 1:7 (Amplified Version) - For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.
1 Corinthians 2:16 - …but we have the mind of Christ.
Say So: Because I am born again, I am one with Christ, and I have the right to the mind of Christ. Therefore, I will not fear. Fear will not lord itself over me. The Spirit of God dwells in me, and His power and love have been poured out in my heart and He has given me the right to peace. Fear, go from me now in Jesus' Name. I take hold of my peace now.

Luke 12:32 - (Jesus said:) Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. [all that He is and all that He has]
1 Peter 5:7 - Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares [affectionately] for you.
Say So: Because of what has been given to me through the cross, I refuse to allow fear to dominate my thoughts. I cast all care, anxiety, fear and worry upon the Lord and take hold of my realized blessing through the Word that has been provided for me. I am a kingdom recipient now - I have the love and favor of God resting upon me now - I am blessed!

1 John 4:18-19 - There is no fear in love; but perfect love [God's Agape Love] casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love [has not realized the strength that is in the fullness of His love]. We love Him because He first loved us.
Say So: Thank You, Lord, for the strength of Your perfect and unwavering love for me. I realize that fear is not from You but is a tool of the devil to bring me into the place of torment. You came to give me peace, love and joy. I look to You and will trust in Your Word. I cast off fear and take on your love and peace. Thank You for precious love.

John 14:27 (Amplified Version) - Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]

Philippians 4:6-8 - Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy - meditate [ponder or think] on these things.
Say So: I refuse to worry. I will not dwell on the negative circumstances in life, but will instead look to the promises of the Word of God and place my focus upon them. I receive the peace of God now.

This [peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, says the Lord.
Say So: I choose to take hold of the Truth of God's Word and believe that no weapon formed against me can or will prosper. I condemn every attack of the devil with the Truth of the Word of God. Peace, security and victory are my God given inheritance. Thank You, Lord, for Your Truth, and that You are with me, and will make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19).

Selah [pause and calmly think about this]
Say So: Why should I give in to fear? My God is with me continually and He is my place of security and strength. His Word is Truth and He will shield and protect me even though it appears like everything is falling apart. He will fulfill His Word and bring me through with an exciting testimony of His love and grace! In Him I am an overcomer.

I am led by Your Spirit, Lord, and You will lead me into victory in every area of life. I praise You, Lord, and thank You for Your overcoming grace.

Colossians 3:15-16 - And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ [His promises] dwell in you richly in all wisdom… [take hold of the peace they produce because they are absolute truth].
